Customers must not use Varion to facilitate unlawful activity, abuse provider systems, violate privacy rights, distribute malware, evade rate limits or process data without authority.

Prohibited uses

• Credential theft, phishing or unauthorised access.
• Malware, exploit development or destructive automation.
• Illegal surveillance or unlawful personal-data processing.
• Attempts to overload, reverse engineer or circumvent billing and security controls.
• Use that violates OpenAI policies or applicable law.

Enforcement

Varion may rate-limit, suspend or terminate accounts and preserve evidence where necessary for security or legal compliance.

Varion Technologies is a trading name of Multilingual Talents UAB. Company registration number, VAT number and registered address must be completed in the owner panel before unrestricted public launch.
